We offer a dedicated, personal and flexible service. We build relationships with both our landlords and tenants by sitting down talking and listening to them. Our flexibility means we are there to help and assist well after office hours. The full range of services we offer means we do not take on too many properties and compromise our dedicated one to one service.

All busy professionals who need to relocate (and their HR Departments trying to deal with it!) – whether renting or purchasing - can take heart.
Our clients don’t have the time or inclination to waste time and effort trying to resolve a home search themselves which is especially hard if you don’t know the area very well. We work very closely with private landlords and agents to make sure we are always aware of availability on the property market.
And it’s all so easy. To begin with, we spend a lot of time talking to our clients to get a firm idea about exactly what they are looking for (and what they don’t want)! There are generally three scenarios: those who want to rent whilst they get to know an area, those who are moving here from abroad or a different part of the country and those clients who wish to buy straight out.
We offer orientation visits which can take in schools, nearest shops, entertainment facilities, transport links – even the route to/from work – whatever the client specifically needs to see. Our service extends to picking up clients when they arrive to settling them into their new home – complete with an essential move-in pack Quite simply, everything you would want to know or see if you moved to a new area. And obviously, the success of any relocation relies on the whole family being settled – not just the employee being relocated!
